IT'S EVEN TOO RAINY FOR DRAGON SLAYERS

I learn a new trick on the computer today. I was looking for a suitable picture of a dragon slayer that was public Domain but only found one  dragon slayer picture on a postal stamp and  so I thought that  instead I'd use my own Dragon Wing Begonia that sits by my front door.  Close enough,  but the slayer is still miles away...... and while I was playing with the photo I even discovered how to type on the picture quite by accident. Now I'll be playing with this some more when I have time but first I have to bake some soft molasses cookies for hubby since it's such a dreary day.

Thanks for coming by and stay warm and dry.

  2. I would like a nice gloomy day to sit and eat soft molasses cookies. My favorite by the way. Your flowers are enjoying the rain.
I am looking forward to a nice rainy day...in November if I am lucky. Our rainy season is in February. That is why it is so pretty where you and Kim live and why you have such beautiful Peony bushes. Stay warm.

  3. That is a pretty begonia! Sadly most of my flowers didn't do as well this year so I didn't take pics of them. Hubby assured me he was watering them and when I checked after they were limp and brown they were dry as the desert. So I told him no way had he watered them. He said yes he did - he watered the ones in the back! Ummm - what about the ones in the front. Big silence and then said he forgot about those. :( Oh well, there's always next year right! I hope all is going well with you! You're always so, so busy with the farm and all! Take care!

That's a nice way for me to go to sleep thinking of begonias and dragon slayers ... I like dragons though so boo hiss on the slayer
