I'm a mother of four grandmother of seven and great grandmother of three. I live with my husband in the house that we built with the help of my brothers and will have been married for 57 years this February.
Thanks for sharing this Julia. It was a lovely message and I hope everyone can keep Christ in their celebrations this year. We need Him every hour as the hymn implies and even more during these uncertain and scary days. I know hope is on the horizon to cure this virus and I also hope every country and people can cure hate out of our hearts and work together to make this world better and kinder. Sadly from here what we see of President's actions and behaviour are often decidedly UnChristian. I am not talking about people's interpretation of his behaviour but of video clips on him. I am very glad that he has another side.
Hello Julia... I am your newest follower. I have seen your name on other blogs I follow, but never connected up with your blog for some reason. (Sometimes little things escape me LOL.) I agree with my dear "twin"...thank you for posting this. I am sure I never would have seen it otherwise. It is beautiful...and President Trump looks so "peaceful" to me. It's sad that we need to learn of this from someone "north of the border"...but that's the crazy state of things we wake up to every day these days. ~Robin~

So beautiful of course I hadn't seen this because the press won't cover anything uplifting or positive regarding Trump,I keep praying that a miracle will happen and he will continue as our president, thank you for sharing!
I can't say I have any good opinion of this man at all from all the crazy, inflammatory and xenophobic things I've seen him say and write but if there is a follower of Christ there within him, thst is Good to find out. I hope and pray that he learns to think before he speaks, learns to care for the environment and uses his power and actions for good. I will try and watch this when I'm not on a train as I can't hear it.

I am feeling more and more confident, but I am glad that this is causing us here in America to call on God more than in a long time. I love seeing how God is using this time to change hearts. The media clips and cuts things to suit their narrative. If only people would listen to the full speeches themselves, they would see how they are being lied to.
Lets keep Christ into Christmas. This video is less than 4 minutes long and worth listening to.
